Our Story
How it started...
Our Story began back in 2021, After meeting while working for one of the Homecare Providers in the area, we found we had a lot in common and both shared the same values on care and are very passionate about care.
After chatting over numerous cups of tea and having deep conversations we found out we liked to do things in similar ways and both had the same outlook on care and how it should be delivered. We believed there was a gap in the sector of providing Bespoke high quality person centred care that gives service users the choice to have the care and support they want there way, with this in mind it was a definite we would be able to work together and provide quality care. Always looking at ways to improve quality of life to all our service users.
From there Detailed Care was born. We have grown sustainably and have incredible, insightful and compassionate team of carers around you who share the same values and passion for care as we do.
Removing the stress from you
At detailed Care we know we can’t take all the stress away,
( we are not super hero's after all ) however we never want you to feel as you are on your own, we want to keep calm clear and with you carefully plan the perfect bespoke package of your choice.

Supporting our community
As with our passion to providing high quality bespoke care. we are also passionate in supporting our local community. We support the local church whether this be by sending our carers to volunteer at the dementia cafes, supporting with running events, printing their monthly church magazine or giving donations. We are always looking at new ways to support our local community as we believe care comes in more than one form.
