 After our initial chat we will arrange a no obligation home visit to come see you on a day and time that s suits you and listen to you and your needs, finds out about you and let you know how we can help and answer any further questions you may have. 

We will then go back and look at our trained staff and see who fits best with you. Just because we have a carer in mind that may be a good fit for you doesn't mean you don't have a choice to change the carer as remember you are in control of your care. 

  Once we have selected a carer that we feel best suits you, we will arrange a time and place convenient for you where you will get to meet the carer, have a chat and answer any questions you have so feel relaxed knowing who will be visiting you regularly.
